Positively impacting the growth, development and success of minority small businesses in the Greater Cincinnati area.

In support of these objectives, additional emphasis is placed on the following:

  2. A rigorous and competitive selection process
  3. Emphasis on capital readiness, capacity, and scale
  4. Leveraging extensive regional and national networks of subject matter expertise
  5. Providing customized and intensive wrap-around services and technical assistance support
  6. Facilitating direct access to local, regional and national capital providers
  7. Facilitating direct access and introductions to new potential client opportunities
